Sweet New Books!!

We've had tons of requests for new children's books.
Claire Bateman's stories are a precious way to teach children to recognize, enjoy, and cherish the light of God in themselves and others.

" A delightful story of God's light in us all"
Bateman says This Little Light of Mine was inspired in part by the Bible verse that reads, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”
(Jeremiah 1:5)

Based on true stories of heroism and service in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita, "Call Me Hero" includes lively text and captivating illustrations by Mississippi artist Kym W. Garraway.

This story is told through the compelling, endearing voice of the mischievous mutt “Hero” in the catastrophic days before, during and after Hurricane Katrina. "Call Me Hero" follows his journey as he is rescued from the flood waters and given a new life. Hero has lost his home, his family and, worst of all, his name. Yet, as he searches for his owner, he discovers the true meaning of “hero” and learns through touching adventures how it is much more than just a name.
